Limited Warranty

Colgan Custom Mfg.^®, Incorporated ("Colgan") warrants its products to the orginal retail purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service. The obligations of Colgan under this warranty are limited, and shall not exceed the cost of the nonconforming products. This warranty applies to merchandise specfically manufactured by Colgan and shall not extend to any merchandise or part thereof which has been subjected to improper installation, misuse, neglect, damage by accident or repair by others. This warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Colgan's discretion, any part or parts which are determined to be defective. To make a claim under this warranty program, the product must be returned to Colgan, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase and bearing a Returned Good Authorization number. Colgan is not responsible for installation of this product or any damages to the product or the automobile on which it is installed due to improper installation. Colgan is not, under any circumstance, responsible for damage caused by the bra to paint or to other portions of the vehicle. This warranty is not transferable and is exclusive of and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantibility of fitness.
