At a glance most car bras look pretty much alike... why? Because most have been copied from the Colgan Custom bra.

As the originator of the car bra I suppose I should be flattered, but through the years we have received complaints from customers of paint damage from these "look alikes" and because of this we began embossing the name "Colgan Custom" on all of our bras... look for the logo and be safe.

The purpose of the bra is to protect your car from damage not to cause it. That was the main reason I had in mind when designing the first bras in 1961. And still is today.

What others have overlooked when copying our cover are the many details of the Colgan Custom Bra. These details are the result of our continual program of testing and improving every cover before offering it.

We have been doing this for nearly 40 years ... about 15 years before the others decided to get into the act.
